George's Farm Products, Inc.'s customer service goal is simple: We are committed to providing our customers total satisfaction.
With that goal in mind we have offered a wide array of services over the years. If a customer makes a request we do our best to fulfill it. These include:
- Home consultations - One of our expert staff can come to your home to provide assistance with your garden or landscaping needs. This assistance can range from making suggestions for a problem planting site to developing a long term planting plan for your developing perennial garden.
- Special orders - We try to carry a large selection of plants and if we don't have it we can try to get it for you. Whether it's the newest variety you saw in a magazine or the plant that used to grow in your grandmother's garden we will assist you in locating it.
- Deliveries - Delivery can be arranged for any of the product purchased in our garden center.
- Store consultations - Make an appointment with one of our staff for assistance with garden planning, landscaping suggestions or plant selections.
- Installation - We can install most of your purchases for you.
- Custom plantings - Have an event you need that perfect planter for? We can help. Weddings, special color themes for the graduation party or just a particular mix of plants that you need potted up can all be done for you.
- Referral services - If we can't help you in regards to a particular situation, we can try to point you to someone who can. Over the years we have developed relationships with a wide array of green industry professionals.
